If the users are ever experiencing issues with the RC desktop application... Have them try to access the web browser version of the application within here 

They will need to click on Login at the top right hand corner and then select RingCentral App from the drop down - it will prompt them to login like normal. After that they will be able to open the contact center, access the MAX agent and receive their initial call to connect. Just like they would within the desktop app. 

  • Note that they may get a prompt at the top of the web page, when they initially login, to enable desktop notifications - they will need to have these enabled to receive the MAX agent call.
