Occasionally when you visit the RingCentral website to log in you will be greeted with a blank page, as below. Follow the below steps to resolve the issue:


1. Click on the lock icon next to the URL at the top of your browser window.


2. Click on 'Cookies and site data', and then 'Manage cookies and site data' 





3. The following window will pop up. You will click on the trash can next to each item, then click 'Done' once they are all deleted.



4. The following message should pop up below your browser address bar; click Reload and the page should reload and behave normally:
