This guide should be used when users are having issues with their microphone and/or audio not getting to them.
This guide can also be used if they are having issues with MAX popping up.
Open Google Chrome and navigate to settings
In settings navigate to Privacy & Security then to Site Settings
Under Recent Activity, navigate to "View permissions and data stored across sites"
In the small search bar at the top right of the page, search for "nice" - you should see two different sites, nicecontact and nice-contact. Click on the drop down arrows next to those sites.
You will need to repeat the final step below for each of the 'NICE' website URL's identified in the search.
Change the following setting to "Allow" - Microphone, Pop-ups, Sound, MIDI devices
Please remember that you will have to repeat the process for each website
